La Calma, Zapopan, Jalisco Contract: Indefinite-term Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Job Objective Provide support in payroll and social security processes, ensuring accurate incident recording, compliance with labor obligations, and administrative support to Human Resources and Integrated departments. Main Responsibilities Registration and validation of payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities). Support in basic weekly and biweekly payroll calculations. Tracking and submission of IMSS affiliation movements (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments). Support in IMSS and SUA administrative procedures. Basic review of income tax (ISR), employer-employee contributions, and INFONAVIT. Compilation and updating of personnel files. Preparation of Excel reports. Support in final settlements (finiquitos) and adjustments per the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Administrative support for Human Resources and Administration activities. Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Administration, or related field (recent graduate or degree holder). Interest in developing expertise in payroll, social security, and personnel administration. Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, or payroll calculation (preferred). Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information.
