Responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy and talent attraction. **Junior HR Analyst** **Cucina Capitale — Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco** **Full-time \| On-site** **About Us** We are Cucina Capitale, a premium integrated furniture company present in the country’s most prominent residential projects. We are currently expanding with our new plant in Tlajomulco and seeking someone who wants to grow with us. **Your Mission** You will serve as the administrative pillar of the Human Resources department: ensuring our payroll is accurate and timely, and that top talent finds its place on our team. **Main Responsibilities** *Recruitment and Selection* * Post job openings on digital platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, OCC) * Screen resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews * Administer and evaluate selection tests * Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates * Manage the hiring process: offer letters, documentation, IMSS registration, and onboarding *Payroll and Attendance Management* * Enter and process biweekly/weekly payroll * Record and track attendance incidents: absences, tardiness, vacations, leaves of absence, overtime * Calculate and process IMSS registrations, cancellations, and modifications (IDSE/SUA) * Prepare payroll receipts (payroll CFDI) in coordination with the accounting department * Maintain physical and digital employee files * Assist in calculating severance payments and settlements **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field (completed or in final semesters) * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (payroll and/or recruitment) * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (mandatory) * Knowledge of IMSS systems: IDSE, SUA, contribution modalities * Basic understanding of payroll CFDI * Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
