Perform basic machinery maintenance and quality control Job Title: Extruder and Flexographic Printer Operator Job Objective: Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on extrusion and flexographic printing equipment for plastic bag production, ensuring compliance with quality specifications, delivery schedules, and company-established safety standards. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and start up the extruder for plastic film production. * Configure temperature, speed, and pressure parameters according to production orders. * Feed raw materials (plastic resin, additives, pigments) into the extruder. * Inspect extruded product quality (gauge, width, transparency, etc.). * Operate the flexographic printer to apply required logos or designs. * Adjust registration, pressure, and ink to ensure sharp, centered printing. * Replace printing plates, inks, and solvents according to design requirements. * Continuously verify print quality and detect defects. * Track consumables and materials used in the process. * Record production output, downtime, waste, and root causes. * Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance. * Comply with safety procedures and housekeeping standards. Job Requirements: * Completed secondary education (technical training in plastics or related field preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in extrusion or flexographic printing. * Basic knowledge of machinery operation, calibration, and inks. * Ability to identify mechanical and quality-related issues.
