Collaborate on the continuous improvement of control and automation systems. **Job Description:** The Electromechanical Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of electronic equipment at our carbonated beverage production plant. This role plays a critical part in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of highly automated, high-speed machinery, ensuring maximum availability and operational efficiency. * Supervise and coordinate the electronic maintenance technician team, assigning tasks and establishing priorities for daily machinery maintenance. * Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure reliability and extended service life of electronic equipment. * Efficiently identify, diagnose, and resolve electronic failures and malfunctions, minimizing downtime and production costs. * Collaborate with the engineering team on the continuous improvement of control and automation systems. * Manage inventory of spare parts and electronic components, ensuring availability of critical components. * Supervise that maintenance, repair, and modification activities conducted in bench, electrical, and other workshops are carried out according to Safety standards, targeting a “Zero Accidents” objective. * Coordinate and supervise external workshops executing contracted work, verifying their compliance with company-established policies. * Enable personnel under supervision with knowledge of machinery, tool usage, and TPM initiatives. **Requirements:** EDUCATION: Engineering studies preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1–3 years of electronic maintenance experience in industrial environments, preferably in the beverage or food industry. KNOWLEDGE: Advanced knowledge of PLCs, control systems, industrial electronics, and automation systems.
