




Job Summary: Cosmetic Testing Coordinator responsible for the development and innovation of nail products, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and innovation of cosmetic nail products. 2. Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards. 3. Coordinate and monitor sensory testing and physicochemical analyses. A market-leading company in professional nail products is seeking a **Cosmetic Testing Coordinator**. Your role will be to contribute to the development and innovation of new products according to customer requirements, as well as manage quality assurance for Organic Nails’ new products by controlling and tracking sensory testing to ensure final products meet national/international regulatory standards and those established by Organic Nails. We are looking for a candidate with either an incomplete bachelor’s degree or technical specialization in nail application, plus 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. These are the **key responsibilities**: * Ensure timely and proper review of Organic Nails’ new products to effectively support product release and usage (e.g., testing, physicochemical analyses, sensory evaluations, etc.) by coordinating and monitoring team members’ activities. * Generate and review test evaluation reports for raw material samples, finished products, tools, or other items, ensuring timely first-in/first-out flow. * Train team members requiring technical knowledge on testing, as well as on reviewing/verifying both new and existing Organic Nails product developments, to support quality assurance. * Coordinate sample testing activities (receiving, labeling, application, and storage) for new products, line products, and raw materials at Organic Nails across all stages, to gather necessary information for achieving the company’s strategic goals and supporting quality assurance. * Demonstrate visible and consistent support for implementing the quality management system, asset security, and environmental protection in the workplace. **Essential Knowledge:** * Nail application techniques across three systems (acrylics, gel, and polygel) * Knowledge of nail application materials and raw materials * Knowledge of general tools and instruments used for nail application * Product and tool expertise specific to nails **Role-Specific Certifications:** * Organic Nails products or others * Nail application * Specialized nail education Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (flexible hours possible) Work Modality: 100% on-site Location: Col.
