




Job Summary: Responsible for executing and validating inventory cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and recording adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy. Generation of results reports and accuracy metrics Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma (minimum) Technical or incomplete bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, or related field (preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year in inventory or warehouse operations Experience in cycle counting and inventory control Main Responsibilities Execute inventory cycle counts according to the established schedule. Physically validate products against system records (WMS or ERP). Identify, analyze, and report inventory discrepancies. Investigate causes of variances (data entry errors, picking errors, receiving errors, etc.). Record inventory adjustments with appropriate authorization. Support general physical inventory counts. Verify product locations, labels, and conditions. Ensure proper arrangement and location of merchandise. Generate cycle count results reports and accuracy metrics.
