Position Summary: Ensure efficient execution of the order flow from release to delivery, guaranteeing On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), operational efficiency, and a consistent customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of order flow and operations. 2. Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. 3. Strategic coordination with key departments (Commercial, Quality). POSITION PURPOSE Ensure efficient execution of the order flow from release to customer delivery, guaranteeing On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), operational efficiency, non-conformance cost control, and a consistent customer experience, while aligning Commercial, Quality, and Operations.
