Experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations. * Experience in inventory management, control of incoming and outgoing goods. * Experience in mechanical or electrical parts warehouses is desirable. PROFILE: * Responsible * Honest * Valid driver’s license * Proactive * Analytical * Organized * Committed * Flexible availability * Quick learner RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure proper warehouse control. * Conduct inventory counts. * Receive suppliers delivering supplies. * Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of supplies to production departments. * Document control. * Monitor and record incoming and outgoing materials from the warehouse. * Ensure supplies meet quality standards. * Receive, inspect, and register materials, spare parts, and tools. * Verify that received materials match purchase orders. * Properly classify and store materials in the warehouse. * Fulfill requisitions from maintenance, operations, and other relevant departments. * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Report shortages, damages, or obsolete materials.
