Job Summary: Operate extruder machines to manufacture polyethylene flexible packaging, ensuring quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Adjustment and control of extruder machine parameters 2. Basic and preventive equipment maintenance 3. Technical troubleshooting to ensure quality Extrusion Operators GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE: Manufacture polyethylene flexible packaging by operating extruder machines in compliance with quality standards. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Adjust and control machine parameters Monitor production output from the extruder machine Resolve technical production issues affecting quality and performance Manage and schedule machine changeovers as required Perform basic and preventive maintenance tasks Mix resins for production Perform cleaning during and at the end of the work shift Follow good manufacturing practices Selection Criteria 1 year of experience in monolayer extrusion Completed secondary education Shift availability . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
