A Mexican company with over 30 years of experience in construction, due to growth in our truck-tractor workshop, is seeking a: **Warehouse Clerk with knowledge of truck-tractors** **Job Objective:** Guarantee the proper **receiving, storage, control, and distribution of spare parts**, ensuring **timely availability**, **orderliness**, **inventory accuracy**, and **appropriate material preservation**, thereby supporting operational continuity, reducing downtime, and contributing to the efficient use of company resources. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and record spare parts and materials against purchase orders and delivery documents. * Store spare parts according to established procedures, ensuring order, identification, and easy location. * Control and maintain up-to-date physical and system (or Excel) inventories. * Distribute spare parts promptly to requesting departments per authorized requests. * Conduct periodic (cyclic and full) inventories and report discrepancies. * Ensure proper preservation of spare parts, preventing damage, loss, or obsolescence. * Prepare reports on receipts, issues, stock levels, and consumption. * Assist in identifying critical spare parts and minimum/maximum inventory levels. * Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse area complying with safety standards. * Comply with internal policies, procedures, and safety and hygiene regulations. **Education:** Technical degree in logistics, administration, industrial maintenance, or related field (preferred). **Knowledge:** · Basic warehouse and inventory management. · Identification and control of spare parts (preferably industrial or automotive). · Use of inventory control systems or ERP (basic level). · Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, email). · Basic warehouse safety and hygiene standards. **We Offer:** Base weekly salary Salary growth opportunities Statutory benefits Ongoing training **Work Schedule:** **8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday** **8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday** **Work Location: Road to San Isidro Mazatepec** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 – $4,000.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
