




At **Grupo Empresarial Ozir**, we are seeking a committed, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our **Human Development** team, actively participating in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, internal communication, and organizational culture initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, and interviews). * Administer and follow up on psychometric assessments and socioeconomic studies. * Prepare job offer letters, employment contracts, and hiring documentation. * Coordinate new employee onboarding and integration. * Maintain personnel files, employment contracts, and contract renewals. * Record and follow up on payroll-related incidents. * Implement induction programs and monitor newly hired employees. * Support internal communication (newsletters, announcements, and official notices). * Collaborate on organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and established timelines. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Previous experience of 1–2 years in Human Resources. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. * Ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively. **We Offer** * Approximate monthly gross salary: MXN 15,000.00 * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers * Productivity bonuses * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work arrangement.
