Responsibilities: * Ability to provide emergency medical services. * Conduct facility walkthroughs to supervise task implementation. * Administrative and control activities. * Conflict resolution and decision-making. * Outreach and communication with tenants to identify their needs, negotiate, and adapt work plans. * Knowledge of and ability to manage inventory and warehouse operations. * Develop weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual work programs. * Prepare KPIs for their department. * Travel to any of the shopping center buildings to respond to medical emergencies. * Provide urgent medical care and administer first aid to stabilize visitors, reporting their condition to public or private emergency services. * Monitor and observe the patient’s health status while awaiting arrival of public or private medical services for patient transport, when required. * Maintain a logbook recording all patients who received medical attention. * Assist in taking and recording vital signs of users visiting the medical service. * Verify that equipment, instruments, wound-care supplies, and medications are in good condition, promptly reporting maintenance, repair, or supply needs according to established departmental procedures. * Submit daily activity reports. * Support implementation of Safety, Hygiene, and Civil Protection Programs. Requirements: Technical Degree in Paramedicine or Medical Emergencies Gender: Unrestricted Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email) Operation and handling of medical emergency equipment.
