Job Summary: Responsible for quoting and purchasing raw materials and assets, inventory preparation, product receipt, and supplier management for the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages purchases and quotations at the best price. 2. Manages inventories and supplier relationships. 3. Conducts purchases and ensures warehouse cleanliness.
