Professional development and excellent work environment Vacancy: Human Resources and Culture Analyst Location: Zapopan, Jalisco Salary: $13,000 MXN per month Payment: Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A growing company is seeking a Human Resources and Culture Analyst, responsible for providing comprehensive oversight of Human Resources processes, ensuring proper execution of recruitment, organizational development, payroll preparation, and personnel administration, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and strengthening organizational culture. Main Responsibilities Monitor recruitment and selection processes in coordination with the relevant department. Support personnel administration processes (contracts, personnel files, documentation). Participate in organizational development and internal culture initiatives. Support payroll preparation and administrative personnel control. Coordinate training follow-up and regulatory compliance. Monitor internal processes and labor documentation. Support implementation of organizational culture projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or Organizational Communication. Minimum 2 years of generalist Human Resources experience. Experience in companies with staff sizes ranging from 300 to 600 employees. Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with HR or payroll systems. Odoo proficiency is desirable.
