Job Requirements: • Completed secondary education (technical training in refrigeration, electromechanics, HVAC, etc., preferred). • Minimum 6 months’ experience in manufacturing, assembly, industrial maintenance, or related fields (preferred). • Responsible and organized individual with attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: -Support in assembling extraction units, control panels, and hydronic kits -Testing of machinery. -Identify and report defective products. -Packaging of equipment, strapping materials, pallets, crates, etc. -Ensure products meet specifications Job Offer -Monthly income of $12,500–$13,500 MXN, net -Productivity bonus -Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. -Days off upon achievement of goals. -Legal benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, and year-end bonus). -Opportunities for development and ongoing training. -Support for sports activities. -Recreational and cultural activities for employee enjoyment.
