Coordination with key departments such as sales and logistics Purchasing Manager An expanding company in the grocery and pharmaceutical sector seeks a strategic Purchasing Manager with expertise in supplier negotiation and inventory control. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • Age: between 30 and 45 years • 5 years of experience in purchasing and leading the purchasing department (preferred) • Experience in purchasing (preferably in Retail, Grocery, or Pharmaceutical sectors) • In-depth knowledge of purchasing department processes • Negotiation and leadership skills • Proficiency in ERP purchasing and inventory systems and administrative processes • Strong analytical ability and organizational skills • Willingness to travel Responsibilities: • Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers • Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery timelines with both large and small suppliers • Managing the purchasing department • Coordinating with sales, logistics, and administration departments • Cost control, procurement, and expiry date management • Ensuring product availability for high-turnover items • Submitting weekly reports to management, finance, and accounting.
