Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented **We are hiring a GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (CROSS DOCK)!** **Work Location:** Guadalajara ### **What will be your objective?** Support operational warehouse activities, ensuring the proper receipt, organization, picking, and shipping of goods, contributing to orderly, safe, and efficient operations. ### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Receive and inspect goods against documentation * Store, label, and organize materials * Pick, assemble, and package orders * Verify the physical condition of products * Support cyclic inventory counts * Basic handling of handheld devices or systems * Support returns (reverse logistics) * Maintain area cleanliness and order (5S) * Proper use of PPE * Report incidents or irregularities ### **✅ Requirements** * Completed secondary education (minimum) * 6 months to 1 year of experience as a general assistant or in warehouse roles * Basic warehouse knowledge (receipts, shipments, inventory) * Basic computer skills (preferred) * Availability for physical work * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented ### **Benefits and Perks** Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits Direct employment with the company Savings fund 30-day bonus (aguinaldo) Major Medical Expense Insurance Life insurance Funeral expense coverage And many more benefits! ### **Working Hours** 09:00\-18:00 Monday to Friday 09:00\-12:00 Saturdays *Location:* Carr. la Venta\-Nextipac 3020, Col.
