If you have experience in prospecting, acquiring new customers, and structuring commercial routes, this opportunity is for you. **Job Objective** Achieve new customer acquisition targets by identifying customer penetration opportunities in the territories we already serve, as well as exploring areas where we currently have no customers, in order to increase our customer portfolio. **Main Responsibilities** * Acquire new customers; identify sales points meeting the company’s requirements to include them in our customer portfolio * Conduct market prospecting and assessment using digital tools such as Google Maps, DENUE, and proprietary route management systems; identify sales points and collect relevant information * Identify opportunities by geographic area; locate city zones where the appropriate number of customers has not yet been reached * Structure the customer portfolio by sector * Create and restructure sales routes * Design and develop logical routes. **Required Profile** * Experience in commercial prospecting, field sales, or territory development * Proficiency in digital tools and mapping (Google Maps, DENUE, CRM or route management systems) * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset * Organization, route planning, and customer follow-up skills * Availability for both field and office work **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability and professional growth * Collaborative work environment
