




**The challenge** You will be responsible for **managing, nurturing, and closing business opportunities** for RSUNION. Your mission is simple but crucial: **talk to interested leads, understand their needs, and close sales**, working hand-in-hand with management and the marketing team. **What will you do on a daily basis?** **Manage and close leads:** * Take calls from interested leads (generated by marketing or referrals). * Identify real needs and assess whether they align with our services. * Prepare and present commercial proposals (with support from internal teams). * Provide consistent follow-up via WhatsApp, email, or phone call until achieving a clear closure. **Organize your pipeline:** * Keep the CRM updated at all times. * Monitor your sales funnel and prioritize opportunities. * Record notes, next steps, and follow-up reminders. **Collaborate internally:** * Coordinate with marketing, content, and tech teams to build strong proposals. * Provide market and customer feedback to improve messaging and processes. **Represent RSUNION when necessary:** * Participate in client meetings (online or in person). * Attend events or networking activities in Guadalajara if required. **Who we are looking for** * You have **experience selling services** (marketing, consulting, software, technology, etc.). * You have a **100% sales mindset**: prospecting, follow-up, polite persistence, and closing. * You enjoy speaking with clients, answering questions, and guiding them to “yes”. * You are **proactive and organized**, capable of working autonomously and systematically. * You enjoy events, public relations, and building connections. * You understand basic concepts of **digital marketing**. * (Ideal) Advanced English for some calls or presentations. **What we offer** * **Salary \+ commissions**, aligned with performance. * **Consistently qualified leads** from marketing (you won't start from scratch). * Internal marketing, content, and tech teams supporting your proposals. * **Flexible hours** and a hybrid work model. * Clients across different industries and countries. * Real opportunity to **grow within the sales department** based on your performance. **Interested in joining us?** If you see yourself managing and closing business opportunities at a growing agency, we’d love to hear from you.
