Job Description: Plan, coordinate, and control financial operations related to cash management, payments, collections, investments, and financing, ensuring liquidity, compliance with financial policies, and optimization of the company's monetary resources. Responsibilities: \+ Daily monitoring of bank balances and cash position. \+ Preparation and updating of projected and actual cash flow statements. \+ Execution of supplier payments. \+ Tracking accounts payable and support in invoice management. \+ Coordination with Accounting for accurate recording of banking transactions. \+ Support in managing credit lines, investments, and financial costs. \+ Preparation of financial reports and analysis of cash flow variances. \+ Foreign exchange management aimed at minimizing currency fluctuation risks. Requirements: \+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. \+ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Treasury. \+ ADVANCED proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, cash flow models) REQUIRED. \+ Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar). \+ Expertise in bank reconciliations, payments, and cash flow control. KPIs: o Regulatory compliance (Finance Compliance) o Updated cash flow report before 11 a.m. every day o 13-week cash flow forecast report \+ Cash flow forecast accuracy of 95% \+\-5% o \[(Forecast – Actual) / Actual] × 100 Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
