Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Salesperson to accompany and support a Commercial Advisor on daily visits to hardware store customers, develop skills, and cover absences. Key Highlights: 1. Accompany and support a Commercial Advisor during daily visits to customers 2. Receive training in customer service activities for hardware stores 3. Willingness to learn and develop within the hardware industry **GAFI HARDWARE COMPANY HAS AN OPEN POSITION FOR:** \- Junior Salesperson \- To accompany a Commercial Advisor on daily visits to hardware store customers, receive training in all customer service-related activities, and substitute for the Commercial Advisor during vacations or medical leaves. **WORK AREA:** Entire Guadalajara Metropolitan Area \- Tonalá, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, El Salto, Juanacatlán, Ixtlahuacán **(We provide transportation; we have utility vehicles)** **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School Education Valid Driver's License and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles — MANDATORY Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Counter Sales, or Promotions Willingness to learn and develop within the hardware industry **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sundays off **WE OFFER:** $2,769 WEEKLY NET BASE PAY (Includes $250 Weekly Grocery Card) Plus a guaranteed monthly bonus of $3,000 MXN net ⁠No payroll lag or biweekly cycles — payments made every Thursday via BANORTE All statutory benefits (Vacation, Vacation Bonus at 25%, IMSS coverage from Day One, Profit Sharing) ⁠Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements Fonacot, Savings Fund, and more...
