Identify process improvement opportunities **Job Description:** **Position Objective** Ensure accurate order processing and consolidation, achieving a 98\.5% Fill Rate, providing visibility for transportation scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery performance. Key Responsibilities: * Perform daily order cubing and consolidation. * Convert customer requirements into operational orders in SAP and UNIGIS. * Validate purchase order (PO) validity and schedule packing and loading. * Track and manage customer appointments (scheduling and rescheduling). * Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Transportation to prevent shortages or omissions. * Record and analyze system-rejected order reasons. * Identify improvement opportunities in packing and cubing processes. * Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs (Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, and processing times). **Total Rewards:** **Salary:** $13,000\.00 monthly gross **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** * Savings fund: 13% * Food vouchers: 10% * 30-day bonus (aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM) * Cafeteria service * Transportation service * Preferential employee discounts **Requirements:** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Logistics, Industrial, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field). Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service. SAP and/or UNIGIS proficiency (preferred).
