Direct participation in departmental decision-making **Human Resources Manager** An industrial-sector company is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with experience in comprehensive human capital management, focused on results, regulatory compliance, and efficient administration of operational staff. **Position Objective** To lead and ensure proper execution of talent attraction, hiring, administration, development, and retention processes, guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Administration. * Proven experience in operational staff administration. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor procedures. * Experience in incident control, contracts, severance settlements, and personnel file administration. * Proficiency in government platforms (IDSE, SAT, Infonavit, Fonacot). * Experience in mass recruitment and workforce coverage. * Leadership, decision-making, planning, and results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure timely staffing coverage according to operational needs. * Supervise and validate payroll and incident processing. * Ensure legal compliance in hiring and personnel movements. * Implement training and development programs. * Coordinate and supervise assigned personnel. * Maintain updated organizational structure and job descriptions. **We Offer** * Salary starting at $18,000 monthly. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Direct participation in departmental decision-making.
