This role offers tremendous future growth potential, as it will directly contribute to the corporate structure and internal organization. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **JOB OBJECTIVE** Coordinate and support the implementation of the Odoo ERP, helping to optimize internal processes, inventory management, sales, operations, and the company’s digital organization. Also support process documentation, basic maintenance of digital platforms, and continuous improvement of internal systems. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ERP Implementation – Odoo * Support Odoo implementation and configuration. * Organization and structuring of inventories, SKUs, and products. * Support automation and improvement of internal processes. * Track ERP project progress and implementation milestones. * Coordinate with vendors, developers, or external consultants. * Identify operational areas of opportunity. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ PROCESSES AND DOCUMENTATION * Document internal processes and workflows. * Support creation and organization of manuals and procedures. * Document job functions and organizational structure. * Help improve the company’s internal organization. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ SYSTEMS AND PLATFORMS * Provide basic maintenance support for websites and digital platforms. * Conduct basic review of errors or issues in systems. * Support integrations between platforms and marketplaces. * Organize digital and operational information. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ SUPPORT AND TRAINING * Provide basic team support on platform and process usage. * Deliver basic internal training on new tools and systems. * Monitor improvements and continuous optimization. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **IDEAL PROFILE** * Age: 18–29 years old. * Bachelor’s degree or engineering in: * Systems * Computer Science * Industrial Engineering * Information Technology * Administration * or related field * Highly organized and structured individual. * Analytical and solution-oriented. * Interest in technology, automation, and process improvement. * Proactive and self-motivated. * Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **DESIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Interest or basic knowledge of ERP/Odoo. * Basic e-commerce and marketplace experience (a plus). * Database and inventory organization skills. * Basic understanding of automation and processes. * Basic Mac and Windows proficiency. * Interest in technology and digital systems. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **WHAT WE OFFER** * Monthly salary starting from: $9,580 MXN.
