




Position: Personal Assistant to the Commercial Director **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Work Mode:** On-site Job Mission Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial Director in organizing their agenda, managing projects, attending to clients, and coordinating strategic activities, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and effective communication. Main Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate the Commercial Director's agenda. * Organize meetings, travel, and executive appointments. * Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing urgent matters. * Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. * Follow up on internal and external tasks and commitments. * Assist in managing commercial projects and customer relationships. * Coordinate activities with other departments (sales, administration, marketing). * Perform personal tasks for the Director (purchases, errands, payments, reservations, etc.). Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years as an Executive, Personal, or Management Assistant. * **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Professional writing and attention to detail. * Travel and event organization. * **Languages:** Intermediate English desirable.
