Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with processes. Attend to and follow up on requests from agents, clients, and suppliers. Validate and authorize documentation for issuance, renewal, and cancellation of surety bonds. Manage files, reports, and administrative tasks within the department. Support business prospecting and commercial client service, identifying new business opportunities. Monitor the achievement of operational and commercial goals, proposing improvement actions. Strengthen relationships with agents, intermediaries, and insurance companies. Ensure customer satisfaction through fast and high-quality service.
