We are looking for a ***Professional Insurance Advisor*** **Location:** Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan, Jalisco (80% Hybrid work from home) **We offer:** * **Starting salary of** $8,200 monthly (guaranteed for the first 6 months) * **Average commissions of 35% on sales**. * **Quarterly and quad-quarterly bonuses** between 10% and 40% of net sales. * **Approximate income:** $30,000 to $50,000 per month (uncapped commissions) * Ongoing support and continuous professional development training * Growth and development opportunities from day one **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (You manage your own time) **Main responsibilities:** * Providing personalized advice and selling insurance products to new clients. * Building and expanding your own client portfolio. * Client prospecting * Responding to client requests **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in business or administrative fields (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related). * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable. * Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. * Passion for challenges and an entrepreneurial mindset. * Previous experience in insurance is not required; ongoing training is provided.
