Job Summary: The Escuela Bancaria y Comercial is seeking a Community Manager to administer and operate social media platforms, manage communication and content strategies, and monitor online engagement. The Escuela Bancaria y Comercial is seeking a Community Manager. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications (graduated). • 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. • Knowledge of design tools (not mandatory). • Preferred experience with Sprout Social (preferred) or HubSpot, Hootsuite. Job Objective: Administer and operate social media platforms. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute social media communication strategies. • Create and publish engaging content for campus (including images, GIFs, and videos). • Disseminate academic information, events, admissions, scholarships, and student life updates. • Monitor social media platforms and respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries. • Route questions, complaints, and suggestions to the relevant departments. • Prepare monthly performance reports and metrics. • Coordinate the weekly publication calendar and campus event coverage. • Drive brand positioning and sense of belonging within the community.
