Job Summary: Medicinas Rosario is seeking a Local Driver to deliver orders, collect payments from customers, pick up returns, and maintain the assigned vehicle. Key Highlights: 1. Paid training and a team-oriented work environment **Local Driver | Weekly Pay + Superior Benefits** Medicinas Rosario is currently seeking a **Local Driver** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Consolidate and load orders and related documentation into the vehicle for delivery * Deliver orders to customers * Collect payments from customers and gather promissory notes for submission to the relevant department * Submit gasoline invoices to the relevant department * Deliver orders to other drivers via dock cross-handling * Record vehicle departures * Inspect vehicle condition and fluid levels * Collect customer order returns and deliver them to the relevant department * Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and optimal condition * Follow established safety measures and best practices for the department **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years * **Knowledge/Skills:** Familiarity with the city, traffic laws and regulations, basic mechanics, valid driver’s license **Schedule – Fixed Shift** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * One Saturday per month, 10:00 PM to 2:00 PM. **WE OFFER** * Weekly pay **(No pay lag)** * IMSS coverage at **100%** * **25 days** of year-end bonus **(above legal requirement)** * Statutory vacation and vacation premium * Profit-sharing **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Punctuality bonus **10%** * Attendance award **10%** * Grocery vouchers **7% + $420** * Savings fund **5%** * Free cafeteria * Personal loans **(up to two months’ salary)** * Transportation assistance – **Night Shift** * Medication discounts * Paid training * Free uniform * Safety equipment * Productivity incentive **(starting from the 7th month)** * Opportunity for growth and internal promotions Join Medicinas Rosario and work in a professionally enriching environment.
