Job Summary: ECOE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION is seeking an Electrical Construction Resident to monitor and ensure execution of activities in accordance with the project schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in the construction sector ECOE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION HIRING DUE TO EXPANSION: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT Job Objective: Monitor compliance with activities assigned to operational staff according to the project schedule, ensuring timely and proper execution. Responsibilities: * Verify that the scope defined in the project schedule has been contracted by the client. * Supervise activity execution and adherence to the progress schedule. * Prepare logbook notes, meeting minutes, and constraint reports. * Resolve issues arising during project execution. * Receive and validate completed work for client handover. * Update project progress and request drawing modifications. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (recent graduates welcome). * Experience: Preferably 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Skills: Teamwork, decision-making, organization, effective communication. * Technical knowledge: Construction processes, interpretation of electrical drawings, electrical materials. * Software proficiency: Office suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel.
