




Position Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing academic programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and serving as an institutional liaison. Key Highlights: 1. Design and coordinate academic planning for various courses and events. 2. Develop logistics and implement academic and institutional programs. 3. Serve as a key liaison among institutions, faculty, and students. * Design and coordinate academic planning for continuing education courses, master’s programs, lectures, videoconferences, and specialized events. * Develop logistics and ensure proper implementation of academic programs, classes, council sessions, and institutional events. * Responsible for compliance with regulatory and administrative processes required for academic operations, including RVOE procedures and compliance with educational authorities. * Serve as liaison between educational institutions, government agencies, faculty, speakers, and students. * Coordinate the creation, review, and publication of academic content, articles, and editorial materials. * Responsible for academic records management and official documentation arising from academic activities. * Prepare monthly and annual academic reports. * Establish participation protocols with speakers, guests, and academic collaborators. * Serve as liaison between the Notaries’ Association, the University of Guadalajara, and students enrolled in the Master’s Program in Civil and Family Law. * Supervise social service providers supporting the academy.
