Work distribution: 30% fieldwork and 70% office-based. Responsibilities * Design and implement effective recruitment plans to fill operational vacancies. * Post and promote job openings on social media and employment platforms. * Manage and update personnel files for operational staff. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vacancy progress. * Provide direct support to internal clients and operational staff. * Conduct field activities for talent acquisition. * Support hiring processes for new employees. Requirements * Intern or recent graduate in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Proven experience in mass recruitment of operational personnel. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills and experience managing operational personnel. * Strong organizational skills and ability to track recruitment metrics.
