PAYROLL MANAGER **Job Mission**: Register construction projects with SIROC; submit bimonthly SIROC reports; assign SIROC projects in SUA; process employee onboarding and offboarding for construction sites; control and review site attendance lists; determine weekly payroll remittances for construction sites; calculate and stamp payroll for construction sites; manage payment tracking for subcontracted workers; determine SUA for construction sites; process monthly SIROC annexes; provide clients with requested information regarding social security matters; forecast labor cost and social burden based on estimated workforce; calculate payroll tax for states where construction projects are located; monitor and report variances between actual labor costs and project budget; oversee human resources functions, economic benefits, personnel hiring, and settlement procedures before the Conciliation Board. **General Requirements**: · Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. · Proficiency in Nomipaq and ERP Neodata. · Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects and 5 years in the position applied for, including experience managing construction projects with over 500 workers. · Age: 30–35 years. · 100% time availability. · Excellent personal presentation. · Professional references from previous employers (Contact Name, Position, and Telephone Number). · Willingness to travel. **Work Experience:** Leading the payroll department: · Preparing, reviewing, calculating, and disbursing two or more company payrolls (500+ employees). · Leading a team of two or more people. · Applying the Federal Labor Law and IMSS Law; calculating employer-employee contributions; managing affiliation processes (SUA, IDSE, SIROC, Risk Premium). · Payroll stamping; calculating income tax (ISR) on salaries and wages; Profit Sharing (PTU). · Responding to external requests and audits. **Behavioral Competencies:** · Honesty · Loyalty · Responsibility · Discipline · Time Management · Openness to Change · Critical Thinking · Desire to Learn · Vision and Strategy · Leadership · Authority · Planning and Organization · Practical Judgment · Analysis · Synthesis · Creativity · Negotiation **We Offer:** · Statutory Benefits · Employment Continuity · Development Opportunities · Training · Positive Work Environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
