Positive work environment and continuous learning A Guadalajara-based construction company with **over 20 years in the market** is seeking a **Payroll Assistant**, ideal for **recent Accounting graduates or students currently enrolled in the program**, who wish to develop professionally in payroll and social security. **Responsibilities:** * Support in payroll preparation and severance calculation. * Support in procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and related government agencies. * Registration and tracking of payroll information (fixed, variable, and mixed salaries). * Support in informative declarations such as **ICSOE, SISUB, and SIROC**. * Organization and control of payroll department information. * General administrative support for the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (recent graduate or in final semesters). * Interest in developing expertise in payroll and social security. * Basic knowledge of payroll (training provided). * Basic Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of **CONTPAQi Nóminas** (preferred). * Prior experience or interest in the construction industry (preferred). **Skills:** * Learning attitude. * Organization and responsibility. * Initiative. * Attention to detail. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $14,000**, with performance-based growth. * Statutory benefits. * Training and mentoring in payroll and social security processes specific to the construction industry. * Job stability. * Positive work environment and continuous learning. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Work Location:** Galería del Calzado, Guadalajara.
