Schedule: Availability to rotate day, night, and weekend shifts

About the role
As an IT Support Associate II, you’ll use your skills to help the operations team resolve technical issues within an Amazon Operations facility across a wide range of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assigning, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
* Handling support requests and procedures via the network.
* Collaborating on onboarding training for new employees.
* Continuously learning new technologies.
* Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
------------------------
* 1\+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
* Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
* Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
* High school or equivalent
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* CompTIA A\+, CompTIA Network\+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
* Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
