REQUIREMENTS * Completed junior high school (certificate mandatory) * Standard car driving skills (desirable) * Basic knowledge in: * Electrical installations * Construction * Painting * Plumbing * Air conditioning (plus) RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform preventive and maintenance activities for facilities * Carry out the daily maintenance plan * Conduct monthly inventory of tools and supplies * Assist in supplier supervision * Support warehouse operations in material loading and unloading * Travel to warehouses and corporate properties for preventive and corrective maintenance WE OFFER * **Monthly net salary of $12,000** * Direct employment from day one * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Half-day off on your birthday * Additional half-day off for monthly punctuality * Day off on December 24 and December 31 EXTRA BENEFITS * Internal discount and partnership program * Funeral expense assistance * Team-building activities Apply now and join our team!
