




OROPEZA ENGINEERS IS SEEKING: Administrative Assistant for the technical department. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in workshop or maintenance areas). Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. Technical Skills: Microsoft Office suite, basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency, customer telephone support, basic knowledge of invoicing (preferred). Responsibilities: 1. Receive, route, and follow up on requests for equipment requiring repair. 2. Collaborate with the warehouse department to ensure proper equipment inspection. 3. Provide customers with updates regarding the status of their equipment. 4. Generate quotations for customer requirements, provide support, and issue invoices. 5. Follow up on departmental reports and databases. We offer: Monthly nominal salary ranging from 11,000 to 12,000 pesos, depending on experience. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Location: Company located near Plaza Patria.
