Responsibilities: Customer service in the buffet area, delivering quality service. Food preparation and production. Operation of griddle and grill. Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook. Knowledge of Distinctivo H and PEPS system. Experience operating griddle and grill. Service-oriented attitude and passion for customer service. Valid RFC (SAT) and Social Security number. Schedules: Fixed shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (transportation provided for this shift) Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off Transportation is provided!
