A leading Fitness brand is seeking a Reception-Sales Assistant. Location: Inside PLAZA ACUEDUCTO. Requirements: * Experience in target-based sales and customer service. * Completed high school education. * Availability to rotate shifts across the full week. * Service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills and organizational ability. * Experience managing staff. Responsibilities: * Provide information regarding membership sales, promotions, and services. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Manage new member registrations in the internal system. * Support club administration according to the brand’s established criteria and parameters. * Social media management. * Supervise tasks required for daily club operations. * Attend to club members (provide information, promote offers, sell customized training packages, resolve inquiries, and receive complaints or suggestions). * Support unit administrative activities. * Promote club culture. * Handle membership transfers and cancellations. * Send announcements via email. * Supervise and ensure proper collection of membership fees and maintenance dues. * Responsible for general club order and cleanliness.
