Opportunity for professional development Job Objective *Ensure the proper administrative and operational functioning of the branch by providing strategic support to sales, warehouse, and management departments, ensuring process efficiency and goal achievement. What will you do in this role? Record accounting entries for journal vouchers (revenues, expenses, and general ledger). Integration and reconciliation of accounting accounts. Preparation of bank reconciliations. Support in determining and filing taxes (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.). Maintain accounts payable records for credit transactions. Support internal and external audits. Upload and validate XML files (ensuring compliance with current regulations and tax requirements set forth by the SAT). Fixed asset control and supervision. Accrue expenses and reconcile accounting accounts. Support monthly and annual financial closings. Supervise the accounting team (assistants or analysts). Payroll review. IMSS contributions processing. Generate monthly reports. Essential Technical Knowledge Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). Current Mexican tax legislation. Proficiency in CONTPAQi Accounting and Banking software. Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll software. Proficiency in SUA and IDSE systems. SAT platform (tax mailbox, tax returns, compliance opinion). Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Control and archiving of tax and accounting documentation. We Offer Salary based on experience (MXN 15,000–18,000).
