Comprehensive support to the School Director and school control platforms At Fundación Grupo Aeroportuario, we are looking for a Primary School Control Analyst for our GAP Schools. We seek a professional with leadership who is committed to collaborating on diverse activities that support the proper functioning of the school—both academically and in school management—and who promotes actions for continuous improvement. Some of their responsibilities fall within the school control area, SER, SEP, library, and other duties involving students and parents. This person possesses a growth mindset, believes in the power of transformative education, gives their utmost effort in all tasks, welcomes feedback, and enjoys challenges. · We currently have two vacancies available, located at different schools of Fundación Grupo Aeroportuario, both in the municipality of Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco: · Colegio Valle Dorado: Fracc. Las Luces, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. Colegio Agaves: Fracc. Paseo de los Agaves, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. · Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Middle Education, Basic Education, Educational Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Educational Psychology, or related fields. Professional degree (mandatory) and professional license (desirable). Minimum 2 years as a primary school teacher or working in primary-level institutions in administrative roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technological tools. · Skills: Passion Vocation for service Planning and organization Openness to feedback · Job Responsibilities: Supporting the school leadership team and projects coordinated with the school. Handling school control matters: student file creation, issuing ID cards, quarterly report cards, etc. Monitoring the student conduct and discipline system: payment system and reporting system. Supporting immediate SEP-related matters: official letters, reports, lists, etc. Coordinating photocopy requests and distribution of materials. Managing late student admissions: publishing announcements across various platforms, receiving documents and performing initial screening, assisting with examinations, and notifying results. The entire process is carried out in collaboration with the school administration and psychology departments. Managing library usage: organizing books and materials, as well as offering book lending and consultation services. Supporting logistics for GAP student admissions: pre-enrollment, preparing family handbooks, handling uniform-related matters, receiving materials, addressing inquiries, scheduling academic orientation sessions. Assisting with school decoration at the beginning and throughout the academic year. Providing first-level support to parents: answering questions and handling phone inquiries. Substituting for absent teachers. Proposing social initiatives and/or projects aimed at community improvement. Using academic tools designed for classroom instruction, both for classroom management and instructional rigor. Teaching and maintaining the school culture of SER schools by intentionally implementing necessary routines and systems. Actively participating in all trainings designed by the SER Academic Team and sustaining learning by directly applying it in their school. Adhering to the work schedules and deadlines established by the academic calendar. Supporting the School Director in all academic-related functions assigned, including those involving students, families, and teacher training.
