




Job Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Development Assistant with experience in document management, KPI tracking, and support in training and recruitment. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of KPIs and area reports A growing company is looking for an Organizational Development Assistant to join its team. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. * Basic professional writing skills. * Document control. * Fundamentals of Organizational Development or performance management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Controlling and organizing institutional documents (files, versions, and records). * Formatting and updating documents according to established guidelines. * Distributing current documents and ensuring proof of delivery and receipt. * Monitoring KPIs and area reports. * Supporting training, onboarding, and recruitment activities. * Preparing reports and safeguarding confidential information.
