Job Summary: Execute maintenance plans to ensure equipment operation and availability, keeping machinery in optimal condition and diagnosing malfunctions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain electrical and mechanical machinery in optimal condition 2. Perform diagnostics and repairs of malfunctions 3. Ensure efficient operation of plant equipment Job Objective Execute maintenance plans, ensuring plant equipment operation and availability, prioritizing execution based on impact on production. Main Responsibilities • Maintain plant electrical and mechanical machinery in optimal condition, timely and properly. • Carry out work orders. • Diagnose and repair malfunctions. • Perform periodic maintenance inspections. • Ensure plant equipment operates correctly and efficiently. Requirements • Education: Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field • Experience: 1 year • Work schedule or shift rotation: Rotating 8-hour shifts with 1 day off, and/or 12-hour shifts under a 4-on/3-off schedule.
