Contributes to elevating operational excellence. We are looking for a Junior Process Auditor to join a manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure process efficiency and regulatory compliance. Your role will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the optimization of our procedures. As a Junior Process Auditor, you will engage in various activities such as: *Maintaining and updating process records within the QMS (ISO 9001:2015). Key Responsibilities: • Inspection of incoming raw materials and completion of reports. • Ensuring incoming raw materials comply with specifications for each product; communicating status of raw materials (released, pending, or rejected). • Timely and accurate reporting of non-conforming material; inspection of products according to sampling plans. • Tracking replacement of rejected materials and their subsequent release. • Validation and verification of materials in process and finished products against specifications and customer requirements. • Inspection of in-process materials and finished products. • Making quality-based decisions regarding materials, considering product specifications (Accepted, Rejected, and/or Quarantined). • Maintaining order and cleanliness across various quality areas. • Using and recording data in various quality management system forms. Minimum Requirements: Technical or engineering degree (preferred). 1–2 years of prior experience in similar roles.
