What will you do? Employee support and follow-up. Administration and control of personnel files. Follow-up on payroll incidents. Employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers. Support in hiring and onboarding new employees. Follow-up on medical leaves, vacations, and permissions. Preparation of Human Resources reports. Support in labor relations and operational support. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in personnel administration. Intermediate Excel skills. Excellent service attitude. Organization and follow-up skills. What we offer Gross monthly salary of $18,000.
