What will you do? Employee support and follow-up. Administration and control of personnel files. Follow-up on payroll incidents. Hiring, termination, and internal transfers. Support in recruitment and onboarding of new hires. Tracking of medical leaves, vacations, and permissions. Preparation of Human Resources reports. Support in labor relations and operational support. What we seek Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in personnel administration.
