Job Summary: We are seeking experienced personnel in preventive and corrective maintenance to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting) 2. Install and repair electrical connections 3. Maintenance of electrical and hydrosanitary installations !!! We are looking for personnel to join our maintenance team !!! * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar activities. * Valid driver's license. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN: * Preventive and corrective maintenance: - Electrical installations. - Hydrosanitary installations. - Painting. - Waterproofing. - Masonry. - Carpentry. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, doors and windows). * Install and repair electrical connections. * Apply painting and waterproofing. * Maintain water tanks, elevated tanks (tinacos), and pumps. * Inspect emergency power plants and fuel levels. * Manage work materials and tools.
