




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration, Human Resources, or related field, with experience in file management, hiring, payroll processing, and advising partners. Key responsibilities in administrative and personnel processes We are looking for a Bachelor's degree holder in Economics and Administration, Human Resources, or a related field to join our team. * 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Basic Tax Knowledge. * Basic Knowledge of the Federal Social Security Law (IMSS). * Basic Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Basic Human Resources Knowledge. * Microsoft Office Suite. * English preferred. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Collecting documentation, assembling files, and tracking their status. * Hiring, renewing contracts, and monitoring partners. * Reviewing proper payroll preparation and receipt delivery. * Submitting enrollments and cancellations for medical expense insurance and life insurance policies. * Advising partners regarding INFONAVIT, AFORE, and IMSS. SALARY: $12,500 net per month (adjustment after 3 months with the company). WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payment. * Net salary. * Major Medical Expense Insurance.
