Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to develop space proposals, visual tools, and captivate clients. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial design collaboration for space proposals 2. Creation of visual tools for the sales team 3. Preparation of floor plans, renderings, and 3D modeling **Project Architect** Your objective will be to jointly develop space proposals with industrial designers and provide visual tools to the sales team to captivate clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of anchoring drawings (footings, base plates, plate embedding) * Technical data sheets * Area surveys (measurement of surface areas and heights) * Preparation of drawings (architectural, structural, electrical, etc.) * Proposal of areas and equipment layout * Preparation of renderings of products proposed to clients * Creation of 3D modeling (SketchUp) * Preparation of renderings (Lumion) * Interior design selection for ambiance (furniture and decoration) **Experience Requirements** * Graduate in Architecture * 3D modeling * Realistic rendering * Image editing * Blueprint interpretation * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary, paid biweekly * Gym membership * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Work location: Av.
