




A company specializing in the development of wood furniture projects is seeking an Industrial Designer. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Organization and planning of production on time and as scheduled * Control of shipping departures * Coordination with Site Supervisor to deliver production according to client timelines * Preparation and delivery of construction drawings and technical information * Development of formats to optimize production, shipping, purchase orders, and dispatches * Preparation of supply and material lists for projects * Material breakdown to generate purchase orders with suppliers * Design and quotation of special projects * Participation in tenders with construction companies * Comprehensive monitoring of the production and logistics process * Control of production timelines and quality—from proposal stage (renders) through final delivery to the client * Ensure deliveries comply with the client’s schedule Position located in Paraísos del Colli Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: * Educational level: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design; candidate may be a student completing final requirements or a graduate. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional furniture design. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Excel. * SolidWorks or Inventor (advanced level) * CAD/CAM design * CNC machine programming * Development of production drawings * Preparation of technical data sheets and mechanical guides * On-site measurement taking * Knowledge of metallic materials and their manufacturing processes applied to furniture production * Knowledge of hardware and its application in residential and commercial furniture
